    You want to have entered trades before order flow in the trade direction follows, and that is more likely to happen during busy times of day. So I'd say London session.

    I think its totally depends on a person which type of trader he is for example if a trader does scalping trading then he would prefer short time frame for analysis. so its totally on how we wanna trade.

    The 4-hour time frame is excellent for taking pips out of the market when you are picking your setups and see things well arranged.
