    which one is good ,Meta trader 4 or Meta trader 5 ??

    Hi Folks,

    I want to trade with Xcalper. They recommend Meta trader 4. I heard from someone that MT4 will not work and will be crashed. I want to know about MT 5.00. Is it better than MT4 ??? and please share your experiece of Xcalper, If you are familiar with it.

    There aren't many brokers provide MT5 platform so I don't think MT5 is better than MT4 (at least in this moment). Still less people are using Mt5 and some EA don't work with it. so I think MT4 is better

    MT4 is still the more supported and widely spread trading platform. It is quite stable and definitely don't crash

    Since MetaQuotes have officially announced they will no longer be supporting MT4 after a certain date, you may find it is worth starting off with MT5 to avoid getting familiar with 4 and then being given no option but to migrate to MT5.

    If they already have announced about the discontinuation of MT4 then why not try getting familiar with the one which will be used next.
