They're banned from being posted or shared on this forum, as the authors of those EA's actively scan for "shared" copies of their products and will often hop onto the forum on crap all over the admins. Sometimes threatening law suites etc...

Even though these scam-fuks cannot really do anything (most of their own code is stolen in the first place, often just renamed indicators from forums like Forex-TSD) its not worth the headache....

Talking about renamed indicators... Our favorite author Karl Dittmann is a famous one for doing this. His "superprofit.ex4", the "specially ninja coded steroid driven indicator he says he created is actually just a plain old LSMA indicator with an alert added. Still Karl makes me laugh though

DMCA Notices are ignored!

We sent several E-mails regarding the continuing violation of copyright laws. As it appears, it is required to send about five e-mails to get one response. (in the very best case)

We would like to inform the Website owner about that we will send all future DMCA notes directly to the Hosting Provider and major SE.

In case the DMCA notices will be ignored by the Hosting Provider and Website owner, legal actions will be taken.

And which company do you represent? And which EA do you refer to? Please understand, that in order for us to honor any request for a commercial EA to be placed on our blacklist, the vendor must identify himself with his full name, contact information and company name - which much be the same as the #property link within the EA. Otherwise, any person can e-mail us such requests.

I don't understand your question!

If you want your EA to be on this our blacklist, then...

- You must be able to identify yourself, and you or your company name must be as Copyright in the EA source code
- The EA cannot be a copy of another EA.
