I'm reasonable sure it's free from here:

Code:
http://www.forex-tsd.com/expert-advisors-metatrader-4/22058-aggressive-scalp-ea.html

You can find Escape 3 in there with some other versions, but also note that the above mentioned EA may be modified...

ESC is a Japanese EA "Enhanced Strategy Control", not Escape EA.

This file is found in ...\experts\include\

So either copy the mq4 file to \experts\ and compile it from there, or create a directory with the name 'include' and copy 'stdlib.mqh' there, and then compile.

But why is it impossible to compile it with Scite?

Scite does not look into the /include/ dir, so you have to copy 'stdlib.mqh' to the same place you have the mq4-file that you want to compile. The same is true for other dependable files when compiling using this compiler.

....hmmm...I am not able to compile it....stdlib.mqh is in the same Folder than the ESC EA
